How to set the grease pump lubricating time? Please kindly check the video

1) Add oil，The first time you use it, you need to add grease first. The liquid level is at the lowest level when leaving the factory.When adding oil, loosen the two screws and remove the cap. Note that the grease used for the first time should not be too viscous. Otherwise, air will easily enter. Then replace the lid. If there is no thinner lubricant, you can use engine oil and thicker grease to blend .After refueling, close the lid and tighten the two screws.

2). Connect the power,Suitable for 380V, 50hz power supply. Run it for a while, look at the steering, and turn it counterclockwise. If the steering is correct, next press S5 to switch to continuous mode, and check the oil output from the three oil outlet holes. If the oil output is normal, you can connect the oil pipe to it and use it directly.

3). How to adjust. For Example：Run for 60 seconds, stop for 10 minutes. First press S1, press S2 and S3 to adjust to 60, then adjust to 60S through S2 and S3, which means 60 seconds. Then press the button to set the stop time for 10 minutes, and it will display 10F(F for minutes）. After setting, press S4 to confirm.In this way, the setting is completed and the oil pump enters the oil filling process. Fill with oil for 60 seconds and then pause for 10 minutes.

Regarding the grease pump of XGJ560 pellet machine,, it supplies oil for 60 seconds and waits for 20 minutes. Three times an hour.

Precautions:

1). When the oil return valve is operating, it is necessary to stop the power. Or you can perform the stop operation on the controller (find S6 on the controller when the power is turned on, press it, and then operate the oil return valve while the oil pump is in pause state).When the oil return valve rotates upward, oil will flow out. Turning to the left will stop oil discharging

2). The oil drum needs to stop when opening and closing the cover, otherwise the U-shaped ring and the scraper are easy to get together.When using the grease pump for the first time. A thinner fat should be added, adding one-third. Be sure not to add too thick grease for the first time. Pay special attention to this when using it for the first time.

3). When adding grease, it cannot be lower than the low oil level line
